- Product Use
Guidelines for Use
· Clooloo products are designed for use with our recommended non-toxic, BPA free, washable markers.
· When coloring on garments like pajamas, insert a sheet of paper or carton between the layers to prevent ink from bleeding through.
How to Color:
- Place a piece of paper or cardboard inside the fabric to prevent bleed-through.
- Use the included washable markers ONLY to color your design however you like!
- You can color with washable, water-based markers while wearing it.
Washing Instructions:
To remove the colors and start fresh:
- Wait for 24 hours to wash (better to wash separately).
- Machine wash in cold water (gentle cycle).
- Air dry or tumble dry on low.
- Do not use fabric softener.
If you would like to keep the colors, we recommend using phosphate free detergent for color care.
Helpful Tips:
- For brighter colors, go over the same spot twice.
- Avoid using permanent markers – they won’t wash out!
- Have fun mixing colors and creating unique designs!
Disclaimer for Misuse
Clooloo is not liable for any damage caused by:
- Using markers not recommended by Clooloo.
- Improper handling or washing of products.
- Alterations or modifications made to the original product.

Order Cancellation
· Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.

Shipping Options
· We offer both standard and expedited shipping to all GCC countries and Lebanon. Shipping details, including costs and estimated timelines, are provided at checkout.
Geographic Restrictions
· Currently, Clooloo ships all over Lebanon and the GCC, including UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.
- Returns and Exchanges
Eligible Returns and Exchanges
· Returns and exchanges are accepted for unused, unworn items in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Procedure
· Contact our support team with proof of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.

All designs, branding, and content on the Clooloo website are the intellectual property of Clooloo. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is prohibited.

- Any other outcomes not directly caused by a defect in the product.
- Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. By placing an order with Clooloo, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts in the event of any disputes.
