At Clooloo, we work hard to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and with the best experience possible. Below is everything you need to know about delivery.
Where we deliver
Clooloo currently delivers to Lebanon and the United Arab Emirates.
Delivery in Lebanon
- Estimated delivery: 2-3 working days.
- Free delivery on orders of $50 and above.
- Orders below $50: $3 delivery fee.
- Express delivery is available at checkout for $5.
- Cash on delivery is available.
Delivery in the UAE
- Estimated delivery: 1-2 working days.
- Free delivery on orders of 200 AED and above.
- Orders below 200 AED: 15 AED delivery fee.
- Same-day delivery is available as a paid option at checkout.
- Cash on delivery is not available in the UAE. Payment is made online at checkout.
The delivery fee for your order is always shown at checkout.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation once your order is placed and another when it is shipped.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details by email or SMS.
Delivery Delays
Delays can happen due to:

- Courier processing
- High seasonal demand

Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
If the address provided is incorrect, please contact us immediately at cloolooworld@gmail.com. If the package is returned to us, we can reship it (additional delivery fees may apply).
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, reach out to us within 48 hours. We will help replace the item or process the needed claim with the courier.
