Clooloo Shipping Policy

At Clooloo, we work hard to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and with the best experience possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another when it’s shipped.

Shipping Within the UAE

  • Standard delivery across the UAE takes 1-2 business days.
  • Free Delivery above 250 AED. 10 AED delivery fees for orders below 250 AED. Shipping fees are added on checkout when applicable. 
  • Free shipping may be available during promotions.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by country, usually 7-14 business days.
  • Customs or import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Tracking details will be shared as soon as your package leaves our facility.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS.
  • You can track your package in real time until it arrives.

Shipping Delays

Delays can happen due to:
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier or customs processing
  • High seasonal demand
We’ll always support you and update you if we notice any unexpected delay.

Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

If the address provided is incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@clooloo.com.
 If the package is returned to us, we can reship it (additional shipping fees may apply).

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, reach out to us within 48 hours.
We’ll help replace the item or process the needed claim with the courier.
